Simple File Transfer Program to Run as System Service

Hi, I need a small program that: - Renames and copies files periodically. - Needs to run as a system service on Win XP or 2000. - I don't care what language you write it in. - Has to be super reliable as it runs on a server. - I want it to move some very small files (about 100Kb). Maybe 50 files per day. - I need a user interface that lets me set how often to check for and move the files (eg every hour or half hour). Also from which folder to move the files to and from - Needs to be easy to install and appear in the system tray. - Needs to rename the file to [url removed, login to view] eg 2005-08-05_05-22-50.jpg. It needs to check if the file already exists, if so, increment the ms number until it is unique. - If for some reason the destination or source folder is not available, then it needs to wait and try again in 5 minutes without displaying an error dialog. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
