Realtor or Real Estate Agent Email List

I've reposted this because I've received a lot of response, but didn't feel that I was clear enough about the job requirements. I am looking for someone who can collect the names and email addresses, office name, websites if possible of REALTORS or Real estate agents in the United States and have them sorted by County and State? Please be advised, this is not a small task as there are over 1,300,000 REALTORS in the United States. There are many companies on the web that sell these databases, but they charge anywhere from $250-$4,000. I was thinking that if they were able to collect this data, then you tech savvy individuals would be able to do the same faster and at a more afforable price. Please contact me if you are interested. I would like to have the opportunity to test the list prior to releasing payment. Thank you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
