Report Generator -- 2

I am new to this type of software. I do not know what type of skills would be needed. I use an online software called channeladvisor. Part of Channeladvisor's job is to provide details regarding orders that I earn from multiple online marketplaces. I can generate reports using their software and even customize the reports in the form of a generic spreadsheet manually by checking off boxes on the screen. What I need is a piece of software that can generate these spreadsheets for me automatically, customize them, and email them to a specific email address. As far as I can tell, Channeladvisor offers an API service that can be used to obtain this information. I have no experience with API services; so, I cannot speak intelligently regarding this subject. Please see the following link: [login to view URL] I generally use openoffice to edit the spreadsheets, because Excel converts some of the info into scientific notation. I have attached an example of the raw spreadsheet and of the final draft([login to view URL] is the edited version). There are many specifics that I would need to provide (Example: specific naming conventions, maximum data length per field, no commas within a field, etc.) I also need a program that can update my orders within channeladvisor with their tracking numbers. The information is within my supplier's website. The website is not complicated from a user point of view. Please keep in mind that some of my orders have multiple products and/or multiple quantities. Therefore, there may be more than one tracking number in listed on the screen at a time. It is not important which tracking number is for which products. It is also possible that my orders from Channeladvisor may have more than one order listed within my supplier's website, as the products may come from multiple warehouses.
