Image format conversion

Hello, I am a programmer able to write any code with C, C++, Java, and so on. I thknk that some ways to convert any bitmap file format to other format. The NDA is signed already. Please, send me your standard format of vector file. You may use ImageMagick resource in case you decide to use PHP for the scripting. But, can use our own coding in case you feel no OK for ImageMagick. I also open if you decide to use ASP.NET scripting as this would be more flexible. Let me know
