web portals, two projects

Hello, I have 2 projects that I have had abandoned by another coder, and is now not contacting me. I have received these projects from freelance sites and the budget is low, as I have given client a price after being told price from this coder, but I need these done ASAP and need to know honest timeframe to complete. As I have been left out in the cold, I cannot afford to be let down again. (I too have ratings that will be affected if this happens) I am looking for someone to work with on an on-going basis for programming. And the more that I can get for a project $, I will pay more to the programmer for future work. An excellent referral and rating will be given to the completed project, for an excellent job done The designs have already been done, and need to be implemented with data base. The last programmer was going to use mambo, take our designs into mambo, and make amendments for additional requirements. ***no generic responses in bid, I want to talk to real coders, not bots, pls put wedding and poker in the bid line. This needs to be completed as cheaply as possible, but you can use free scripts, and mambo. I will need to see proof of previous work done with mambo, and you only give links to branded work. Projects are as follows: Poker referral site, transfer design into mambo, or if you already have something developed, no problems, as long as it looks great, and is easy to use. Payment portal, paypal and netteller Rotating banner script CMS- for easy updating of pages. Forum Member sign up and automatic install of link on site with banner. Upload banner facility. Full details sent to coder. All content to be put in by us Design has been done by us *************************************************** Clone of [login to view URL] OK, this site the client wants cloned, and just wants the links to the pages, member signs up, uploads photo and this gets put into the appropriate area, and the search function for area/catagory is automatically updated. Design is the same, except I have redesigned the header, you can copy the site and use whatever you can from it to make this project easier. He does no need the advertising stuff in there, but it will need to be coded for any advertisers CMS is needed for easy updating of pages Member sign up and Paypal integration He does not need a lot of the other stuff, like design your own web page and gallery, or forum, but if you are using mambo, put in the shopping cart. ********************************************************* Please price separately each project, and the time needed to complete each project, and if they can be worked on simultainiously. Thanks Chris Also, looking to work with the programmer for profit sharing basis, I have some great ideas for programming, and one in ASP. That will sell for decent $$, and I will give an ongoing fee for each one used, plus you get modification fee for each project. Also, if I can reciprocate, any needed design work for your projects/future projects, with flash banners, custom email stationary, gif banners, anything to bring down the cost of this project. I am a web hosting business on very fast and reliable Linux servers as well, so if you need hosting, this can also be taken into consideration if needed. Thanks Chris
