Quick OSCommerce Project

My companies website, based on osCommerce, is in need of a couple of modifications. We currently import our orders into quickbooks from osCommerce, but we are in need of online invoicing. osCommerce has an invoicing feature built in, but it wasn't up to par with what we needed. What is needed: 1. Backorder capability. We need to be able to input the quantity shipped, and have a backordered products report created from that data. The way that the system works is as follows: 1. an order comes in 2. we input the quantity available into the order 3. we create an invoice from the quantities inputed 4. the order is shipped 3. once more items come in stock, we find the order and input the quantity of the items that we have just got in stock. 4. We create an invoice of those items.
