Office 2007 Add-in

We are looking to write? an MS Office Com add-in written? that adds a menu option to Word, Excel,Outlook etc to save the current document via webservices to a remote location.? The first objective is to have an additional 'Save ...'option The second objective is to have an additional? 'Addins' ribbon which can we used to enter metadata to be sent as additional information in the web service call. The add-in should also be able to perform the above in reverse. That is: Be able to use the "Open" feature to open documents from the remote web services location Use the addin ribbon to read material read from the webservices call.
