Small Software and Technology Joomla Template - REVISED

After some research, I realized that my previous bid request actually asked for more than I needed. I posted this modified request so that those who bid on the original request wouldn't feel that they were stuck with their bids based on the incorrect requirements. I run a small business that focuses on software development and upcoming technologies. I need a professional-looking website template designed for our Joomla website, but I don't want some cheap template knock-off. I want quality. If you plan to modify an existing Joomla template, it needs to finish looking original and of high quality. You will need to design to my specifications as far as colors, layout, etc. If you are interested in this project, please provide links to Joomla-powered sites you have designed. I will also need you to create a good-looking logo for our company and provide the original image files for it and the template (IE: .psd) I will provide all of the actual content for the site. Joomla is installed and waiting for the new template. Since the template copyright will be mine, the created template MUST NOT be sold/rented/given away/etc. The template must install from the Joomla Menus. I should not have to manually upload a bunch of files or muck around in the template code to get it to install correctly. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Joomla 1.0.12 AND 1.5
