I am looking for an indivudual (I do not welcome any firms so please do not respond if you are not indivudual contractor)I am looking for an individual (I do not welcome any firms so please do not respond if you are not individual contractor) who is highly responsible and committed to deliver projects on time. I usually start a new contractor with small projects and if we like each other, we will continue to have more and bigger projects. I am looking for someone who delivers good quality work (no negligent bugs), responsive to all emails within 5 to 10 hours, be on instant messenger and SKYPE, and is highly-committed to deadline.
