Yellow Pages Australia crawler with data you have already

I need a crawler for [login to view URL] and all the data that you have crawled already from this site. I would prefer someone who can actually provide me with the entire data from YP AU that has emails with it. The crawler should pass the YP SPAM filters and should not get banned. We require an email contact list for Australian businesses. Field requirements will be Business Name, Address and Email Address. No duplicates are to be included. Only Data with valid email address is to be considered. CONTACT LIST MUST BE UP-TO-DATE Please provide a sample with your bid and your price per 10K and the total amount of data you have with emails in them.
