Query Button for PHP Exam & Script Added for Virtual Awards

I need a query button to link to an Exam Module (the exams are already written up, questions and answers) off an existing web page. I can tell you where to find all the PHP files and scripts. An example of this exam is already running off one of my sites. The Exam is set up to award virtual medals to anyone who passes it with 80% or better. There is one additional award for passing all 14 exams. The images are already uploaded in the image file folder. The awards display off two different pages. This should be a very quick project for anyone who is proficient at understanding customized php modules. Should be less an 2 hours work at the most. We hold free model dog, horse, cat and cattle photo shows and are a non profit group so have a very limited budget. We have additional 12 modules or script additions that need to be written so if we can find a programmer that will work with us, knows PHP, MySQL and can work with our existing program then there could be additional work in the future work.
