Add some background processes to complete and unfinished web form.

Note: The web form that I am about to describe does far more than a typical 'contact us' HTML web form so please do not bid on this project unless you have extensive php and database experience.... We have a partially finished customer sign up form that is described in detail in the attached document. The web pages with the form fields are complete, but very little of the background processes are in place. The following tasks need to be completed: 1. Make the form reactive so that it works on any device. 2. Add code that creates an account ID using the merchant's name. It will be necessary to make sure the requested name is not already taken and then create a unique ID. 3. Create a “config” file containing defines and parameters with the merchant's design preferences. 4. Create and send an XML string (containing customer info the form collected) to one of our servers using an HTTPS post. (we will provide php code from an existing process that is very similar.) 5. Parse the XML response from our server and store information in the config file mentioned above. 6. Embed an iframe or something similar as a sub-form that collects credit card and other billing information. Our gateway will provide the code for this so that no sensitive information stays on our server. 7. Send us an email notifying us that the form was completed. The email will need to contain some of the information that was collected on the form. We would like you to get the form working on your test server. Once testing is complete, you will also facilitate the process of transferring the files to our web server. If we are pleased with your work we will have additional opportunities on other projects.
