PHP - Easy to use Webpage Designer Pro

need a page like [login to view URL] it needs to be in php I need to be able to add templates quickly just by adding directories. /templates/’category’/ i want it to list the categories [login to view URL] the directorys will be named like this: Food_and_Restraunt php page display will be ‘ Food & Restraunt ‘ so the page will need to change the directory characters like _ to a spaces and the ‘and’ to a & I would like this to be 2 rows of 12 and then when they select ‘ view all templates ‘ it will show the same way split up so if there are 100 templates then have there be 50 per column from the categories folder I want category/design#/ the numbers will start at 1 this will then display a page like this [login to view URL] each design will have a thumbnail folder ..design#/thumbnail/ [login to view URL], [login to view URL] I create these. the small thumbnails will be shown at 6 per page ..design1/thumbnail/[login to view URL] ..design2/thumbnail/[login to view URL] then when you click on the small thumbnail it will send you to the page like this: [login to view URL] this page will show the [login to view URL] thumbnail and then inside the /design#/ directory there will be folders these folders will populate the Color list the default color will be designated by naming the folder like this ../design#/d-’color’/ /design#/red/ /design#/green/ inside these folders there is..red/thumbnail/ [login to view URL] inside. each color folder will be names to populate the right combo box for page pictures ../color/name/ the names of the images should be converted like the other folders... they will be named like this ../color/Man_playing_soccer/ each folder will have a thumbnail folder so the thumbnails can be shown each time they change the picture or color ../color/Man_playing_soccer/thumbnail/[login to view URL] the site is going to be limited to 5 pages the site will need to create images on the fly for their company name, slogan and all the menu buttons See the Seliverables to see the rest of what i need. ## Platform FreeBSD 4.7 Stable Apache with SSL PHP 4.2.3 will need to know what to install on the machine in order to create the pictures on the fly. and also the zip files. ## Deadline information I need this project complete... i need a coder that will not stop working on it after he gets paid... small tweaks here and there will be needed weeks later. thanks
