Change the default behavior of the tag <references /> in order to show up the result, even it is placed at the very beginning of the page, above all tags <ref>?€? </ref>
## Deliverables
The usual behavior of <references /> tag is to show up all the <ref> tag situated above in the article layout. That is why, in practice, the <references /> is placed at the bottom of the page, under a ?€œnotes?€ headline.
We would like something different?€?.
At this moment, if you place a <references /> at the beginning of the page , this is not showing anything, even if there are tags <ref> ?€? </ref> inside the article.
Our request is to show up <references /> content, even if is placed at the very beginning of the page. In this case, we shall use only one <references /> tag on the page.
Use last version of mediawiki 1.12.
Provide us the modified code, highlighting the changes.
