This project should be fairly straight forward. The current website needs to be upgraded from older Joomla and CiviCRM assets. The final product should be Joomla 2.5.8 and CiviCRM 4.2.x. In addition to these upgrades, two (2) website templates will need to be modified to be compatible with the current Joomla distribution. There are also three (3) components to be upgraded for compatibility: DocMan (including DocMan Populate), JCal Pro, and SW Menu Free. There are other components running on the website which we will upgrade ourselves after these items are done. You will use our dev environment to demonstrate the working upgrade and then roll the upgrade over to production. We are not necessarily looking for the lowest bid, but this is only an upgrade and don't believe this will be very difficult or time consuming. Demonstrated experience with Joomla and CiviCRM will win over a low bid.
