Jomres plugin developer needed for a number of simple plugins for Jomres site. Jomres Experts ONLY - No core editing

Hi, Jomres developer needed to create a number of very simple plugins for my Jomres site. These plugins need to come in a zip format so that i can install/uninstall myself & need to be fully compatible with Jomres version 7.20. Some of these are very simple with basic functionality but need to be in plugin format to avoid the auto update site problems. 1. Create a simple Jomres plugin called "SLEEP ROOMS NIGHTS" which adds the following fields to the Property Result page: Sleeps (How many people can sleep at this property) Bedrooms (How many bedrooms the property has) Minimum nights stay (What are the minimum nights you can stay at this property for This are all switchable (on/Off) from the plugin admin backend. I think the MYSQL/data input fields for these are already available on the REGISTER PROPERTY form. The data can be displayed under the "Average Rating:" field on the results page, displayed in a similar manner 2. Create a simple Jomres plugin called "EXTRA FIELDS ON REGISTER FORM" which adds extra selections/choices to the "REGISTER PROPERTY" form "Is this an apartment/cottage/villa? No Yes" If you understand Jomres well you will know that this selection is already available. I just want it adding the property form instead of the Property manager having to edit this after a property has been listed. Also the same again but with this selection "Would you like to take payments for bookings through out website?" From the Joomla plugin back end either of the selections can be switched on or off. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3. Another simple plugin called "AUTO UNPUBLISH PROPERTY MEMBER EXPIRES" which changes the STATE of the properties listed when the membership expires from PUBLISHED to UNPUBLISHED (and locked?)..... The member cannot publish any more properties until they have paid to reactivate their account. When they do, they will be asked wether they wish to re-publish all of their properties. At present this does not happen. This is for JOMRES experts only, its extremely important you thoroughly understand Jomres as i have had my site broken by to many people from Freelancer.com claiming they fully understand it. I will be asking you about the core elements m1, m2, m3, m4 upon the interview for this job. If you do not understand what these are then you will not be suitable for this job. Also If you send me a generic proposal I will not accept you. Sorry for this, but I have had many time wasters on this site.
