WEBISTE SECTION INTERACTIVE AND DATABASED

I'm looking for a talented and creative person or team with an excellent command of the English Language to design and do the programming for a section of a website which will enable our users which consist of two kinds of users, one providers/sellers who provide specific services and 2) buyers who will use/purchase said services, so to speak. We are simply providing a service (as if brokers, similar to Freelancer but not the same business at all) to all of these users. Site is interactive databased. Providers are required to 1) register for a free account and fill in all the details with regards to their listing (service) and these details will be in module. They will also be able to upload a logo, be able to purchase service such as being a featured listing on the main page (up to 10 featured lsitings) and the listings will consist of basically a short description about the organisation and link leading to a full details about that organisations service and this featured will also appear in every search of all listings in the results. Whenever a search is done which any visitior may do, and be able to do, and a soon as a visitor clicks on the link fo any of the results they are prompted to log in to gain access or register for a free buyer account by registering and filling in a buyer type module if they don't already have an account. The suppliers may also purchase a flash ad like presentation in a form of a video 30 second, should be able to upload a 30 second movie which the site will have to convert on the fly and compressed as well as converted to flash based/flv player to be added on our site. The suppliers will aslo be able book an ad, be able to see what ads remain, and ads will be self controled or interactive. The whole ad availability, payment, reservation,, upload of ad, choosing pages will also be possible for user to do and access the stats as well. the advertsing when they agree to be featured on the main page whether in the text feature or the Movie featured and pay in real life for the length of months they choose in the form. The supplier will also be able to upload news about their organisation. The registered users will be able to rate the suppliers as on freelancer, and write short comment about their experience with a supplier, as on freelancer. The registered users will be able to have reminders about some event dates. For example they want a reminder about a specific event one week prior to the event date or two weeks or 30 days prior. Have a Print Listing Page and send to a friend, but the send to a friend will only show the short version where the friend when clicks on the link will view the short version of the listing which is a short description and title with a link. Once the person clicks on that link they will be prompted to log in or register for a free account. Not flash based website, more databased. Both the suppliers and buyers will have own admin control panel for their accounts where they will be able to edit, add, update their content and profile.
