Web Site Updates + Appointment Setter - modifying HTML/CSS/MENU and existing CMS & PHP

[login to view URL] is a web site that has been online for about 1 year. I designed and had it programmed and am now looking for some updates to the site. These updates will include Backend CMS modifications, Menu & footer modifications, General page clean up and finalization (adding menu items, headers, descriptions). Helping add Ajax to make the site more interactive. Your skills should be high level PHP, HTML, CSS, AJAX, Javascript, and DESIGN. Flash skills a plus! ## Deliverables On the front page the right side content area layout will change and the flash header will need to be replaced with a new flash that I will discuss with the chosen bidder. If you have design/flash experience this is a bonus to you. The back-end CMS has 3 areas currently. This includes Articles, News, and Photo Gallery. On the front page it is showing the last 3 news articles. We will need to add two new pages to better organize the News and Articles and add them to the menu items. This would mean that on the front page we may see "Some" of the news and "Some" of the articles but now we have the option of going to a news page or articles page and seeing a list of all previously archived and submitted articles and news. I will work with the bidder to discuss the layout and appearence of these elements but I need someone who is experienced and able to comfortably work with existing PHP & MySQL. EXPERT Knowledge. On the contact page we'd like to add an appoinment setter where using Ajax, PHP, MySQL to make the site more dynamic and interactive a series of steps that the user will go through to setup an appointment and request that the receptionist contact them. This would include possibily 3 steps and each step progress to the next without refreshing the page (AJAX). We would collect some information from the user such as "Name, Phone, Area of Interest, etc" and then they would choose a time from a pop-up calander similar to when booking an airline flight and choose a date & time. This needs to be submitted to the office email once completed. BONUS to programmers who offer a solution that can be used to track and manage appointments so we can confirm it, edit it, change it, view all appointmets made, etc. This would be an appointment program with a front end for clients to set up and a back end for us to manage. We'd like to also implement some kind of live chat/customer support where if a visitor is at the site they can see if our live attendent is online. If they wish they could begin a session. I need this to be easily translated into portuguese or available in Portuguese. I've seen a few premade scripts if the bidder has experience with this it is highly desired. FOOTER we will be needing to finish up the footer to give it a better look that works with the header and include more information including the links, and menu items. This should improve search engine results. OVERALL Improved SEO optimization and search engine ranking. MENU The top menu needs a few more items added including the sub menu roll out I feel should be changed (Not a big fan of the yellow) and want something a little nicer for sub menu items See DR Basile, Dr Filipe Basile, etc. LANGUAGE TRANSLATION I will need to translate this site from Portuguese to English so i need a version setup with language files and the Alternative Language version available. I will provide the translation later but need the site to be ready to deploy and prepared for this future task. Aside from the above the rest of the modifications are simple html/css and we may need a few pages cleaned up, headers added to pages, short descriptions.
