Urgent: Fixing Pre-Roll ad code

I have a website and I need rapid solution! You must have experience in working with javascript , php and html! Because the code you will have to adjust is php/javascript/html based. Pre-Roll ads means, before the game starts, the site will display an advertisment! and it should be visible during 10 seconds. I have the code, just configure it properly and if needed update the current code!
