Tournament Site With Brackets

Here is a basic rundown of how I would envision this site to work: 1- Users sign up for website (create a profile with username, team(if applicable), id, etc.) 2- Users sign up or create a tournament (anywhere from 8-128 person) 3- Once tournament admin finalized entries - a bracket is generated 4- users check-in to tournament, play their opponent 5- users report results back and the winner advances in the bracket 6- once tournament is complete all statistics (wins/losses) are recorded to the players' profiles 7- back-end for editing results (if someone attempts to cheat and report results that are not accurate) 8- Team Creation (Team leaders may invite players to their teams - each team has its own set of statistics(each of its members statistics combined) 9- Tournament Brackets have spoiler-free option to not display results unless spoiler is checked (so if someone is spectating the tournament - they wont be upset to see who wins the finals instantly) I am seeking a PHP/MYSQL/Javascript/AJAX coder for this, no design is really needed - I will take care of the css/design front-end of things, I just need the basic core and skeleton to build off of. My budget is tight-moderate, however I am willing to invest if the price is right & I am confident I will get a great product in return.
