PHP/MySQL Website Clone (Similar not copy)

I am looking to develop a website similar to [login to view URL] , note that I say similar and not an exact clone of it. Many of the things will be the same but just presented in a unique way. Some requirements for the website: Video users - Create profiles and put links to YouTube videos that can then be embedded later on. Profile page will have their twitter feed, and other rss feeds, links to websites, a general image, etc that can all be set by user. Regular Users - Vote on YouTube videos, get X amounts of votes per day for unregistered users and more for registered Registration has to be possible via Facebook as well as traditional Votes are tracked constantly, updated via AJAX Video page: Videos will be accessed similar to this: [login to view URL] Users click a link and video opens up and can be closed out, votes are tracked on this page as well. Order is random Those are just some of the main points, but essentially think of cloning the features of Kingofweb and changing presentation. Design will not be required in this project, will be completed by a separate graphic designer. No Wordpress, Drupal, etc. There will also need to be a basic admin panel where users are selected for contest and basic user management features. Advertisements will not be managed via the admin panel.
