153145 Open Source Program integrated

I am need of several Open Source programs integrated together. openads vanilla wordpress noah classifieds The integration of the above would enable the system to user the same user login and registration. Visual template is controlled by two files ([login to view URL] and [login to view URL]). I would need anything displayed in the side bars to contained in a function that I can call when I want that section of menu displayed. I also need a program for an article database. This would allow registered members submit and article with a link and description of the link at the bottom. The article would not be displayed until the admin approved the article. Comments and rating by users would be allowed. I will also need to be able to add links to outside programs that will build in the future and have them added to the main navigation menu. if you know of any open source programs to do the above that are stable then you are more then welcome to use them and integrate them in. Please also build an admin to connect everything together.
