Integration of New Web Page Front-End Grapics (PHP, MySQL, Lighttp)

Highly-rated, high-competent provider wanted for the following project: Integrate new front end design (provided to you as a PSD) of currently running website running on Lighttp with a MySQL 5.x (UTF-8) backend. The entire website is supported on a few .php files that generate content from the mySQL backend. Static pages are pulled into the body via a php include. 90% of the database driven code should be reusable between the two templates.
