I am searching for a competent programmer or team of programmers to work on my website that currently uses open laszlo and FMS technology for chatting, video cam chat etc. I need it to be upgraded so it is less server intensive, the solution would be to use stratus/rtmfp technologies. It would be a plus if you know PHP/MySQL/Ajax/Javascript so you can work on other minor things on the website during the time you work with us. I'd say the job would be FULL-TIME for about 1 month, which is way enough to finish the work, and if we finish the work let's say after 3 weeks, we will use the last week to improve my website, doing any given tasks. I am not posting this in job listings since I don't think 1 month is long term job for me. If you think you have the skills required, please post a message, NOT A BID, so I can give you more details. The weekly salary is good. The conditions would be 8 hours of work a day. So even if you are full-time with me, it's 8 hours/day, you still have time to do some other personal work during the rest of the day... Though during these 8 hours, it is work. We are on a live chat and we discuss about features to improve etc. and we do it as a team, constantly discussing etc. Of course everything you do on my website would be confidential, you would not be able to re-distribute it in any case, unless I give you my permission.
