develop wesbite with psd layout provided

I am running a graphic design and website design business in Australia. I am currently looking for some web designers and developers to help me with my on-going website projects. I would be designing the layout of most of the website. I need some website developers expert that is excellent with coding that can help me to build and setup the different kind of webistes This would be an on-going working relationship, if you have performed well with our first projects. There will be more projects to come. Fast turnaround time is a must. There would be reasonable time allowed for each project. I would like to work with someone with flexible working hours.
