Vytvořit šablonu Joomla

Hi I am looking for someone to help me finish my real estate site. Its build on Joomla 3+ and for the real estate par tI am using the JomEstate component from [login to view URL] I am looking for someone who can do some minor changes to the search module and some more. I think PHP is required. What I need to do 2 things: 1. modify the search module on the right side [login to view URL] ist a module that came with the component -i need to change the price slider change into two input fields, one for MIN and the second fox MAX price amount -same goes for ROZLOHA (its the AREA in english) it is a custom created field (which the component allows to create) and i created two i input fields one for MIN the other one for MAX input for the area size. I need them to be smaller and next to each other something like this here demosite on the right side [login to view URL] 2. I need to make some modifications into the component itself -there is a value for energy efficiency I just need to add one more value. I cant do that from the administration -on the deatil page of the real estate item I want to show trhe units on the end of the ROZLOHA value.. I mean instead of 72.00 there will be 72 m² -PRICE - if its possible, when the price is not set, it should say PRICE NEGOTIONABLE
