FIX apple and android app

I need someone who is a professional at working with mobile apps. I have a half done script for apple and a incomplete android app. Both have the same features but at the moment it is no complete. The job of the freelancer is to be able to be able to launch the app to the main menu which will be a solid white background and 7 logos which i will provide. When clicking on the one of the logos it will redirect to a php page i have already created and is already online. Make sure that the links work because last person couldnt get them to work. In addition, to this there are other icons which the last feelancer couldnt do because he or she had problems working with mobile app software.
