Create a custom plugin for displaying vehicles for a car dealer website

Our client requires a custom Wordpress plugin that will automatically update, add or remove items to their searchable car listings on their website based on a CSV file they will upload to the server. This is to be an automated process which occurs at set intervals during the day. You will also be building the listing and search functions for this module, the front end design is already complete and will be provided to you in HTML to incorporate with the plugin. Note - This is for an existing website so you will not be creating the theme only the custom plugin as outlined in the brief. Please read the attached brief for a list of functions and features. If you are unsure about anything please send us a message with your questions. After the initial build of this plugin we maybe looking at ongoing updates and feature additions as it will be used for other clients aswell so we are looking for someone to create a long term relationship with. It is important you have a high attention to detail, good communication and can provide ideas based on your experience to improve this project.
