Adding FB like button on homepage specific posts' preview section - repost

my site is built with wordpress using this theme: [login to view URL], and currently using the plugin - WP Facebook Like Send & Open Graph Meta: [login to view URL], so the 'like button' is available in each post, however, i would also like to add the like button on the homepage posts' preview area as well, attached is the ideal screen shot for your reference: , the added like button must be in sync with the post itself (i.e. like counts & the open graph data) and only this layout section requires the like button, not the other sections on the homepage.
