A PHP Script to send SMS from website to Mobile phones

I need a very simple php script to be able to receive contacts either from an Excel or CSV file or txt file and then allow me to build a simple text only message to send to my recipients using any of the imported records. The idea is very similar to a MS Word mail merge except that it would be done in webpage. So here is how it would work: ====================================== - I am a plumber & I have an Excel spreadsheet with 10 rows of data (With Name, Address, Cellphone number, Address, AppointmentDate, ProducttoInstall) - I upload the Excel spreadsheet into the system - The system receives the spreadsheet & recognizes the different fields - I get a message builder area where I type a custom message such as: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Hello (FirstName), This is to remind you that I will be coming to your house at,(Date), to install the (ProductType) . I will be there at exactly at (Time). I look forward to see you:) Kamry. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - I need the script to send SMS messages to the recipients at their cellphone's "E-Mail" address so it would be sending messages to E.g. (555-777-888[@]at&[login to view URL]) or (555-777-888[@][login to view URL]) -If possible they should see my phone's email address as the source address. (E.g. 777-777-888[@]at&[login to view URL]) - The script should be able to automatically tell which cellphone provider is associated with each phone number & then associate each number with the correct provider domain name before sending the messages - so if I feed 10 of my customer's phone numbers the system will be able to tell who is with Sprint, Verizon, AT&T and then forward the message to the correct respective mobile addresses. - Mobile phone providers usually changed the associated domain names so I would like a small page where can upgrade mobile phone provider domain names - I would also want to be able to check to select the recipients with check boxes, by default all recipients should be selected - I only need the script, design will be handled separately (1). I need quick & clear response. (2). I have some other functions that I would like to add later but right now, this is what I want. If you know MS word mail merge then you know exactly what I am looking for. (3). Please give a clear overview of how you intend to tell the mobile provider from a US phone number (4). There are quite a number of websites out there presently that have similar functions (5). I have a limited budget, overly high & generic bids will be least considered, I just want a simple start-up solution right now, but winning bidder will get to expand the system later & possibly other related work. (6). Past proven experience in building mobile related technology will be considered with higher priority. (7) I am not using any paid API'S Thanks for reading
