Need a similardesign to a popular site designed

I need a site designed similar to www alibaba . com, obviously the graphics and some of the functions should be changed, however most of the functions should be available on my site 90%+.. I need a clean design and clean coding, do not bid if you don't have much coding experience or thinking on doing just "OK" job.. All work will be verified, including the codes, graphics and everything else, if the codes contains "spaghetti code", or beginners error, the project will be stopped and another freelenacer will be sought.. Please no one sentence bid with lines "I can do the job", or generic bids!!! If you want to maximize the chances of getting the job you need to send a detailed proposal, with a project detailed including the work flow, code to be used, DB, backend and all the wewbsite functions, graphics pages to be designed.
