Drupal Standard Theme Development - Infoway

We are going to change our website design. Our current website URL is [login to view URL], We have decided to change the design of the current website and redeveloped the website as a Drupal standard theme. I am repeating my word again we need Drupal Standard theme by which we can install that to a domain and can set up every thing from theme options. We have designed all the pages. I am attaching that design images with this specs. So go through all the Images and prepare a Document with having your understanding. I have attached another doc format which you need to follow to prepare the document. The document will include front end features and Admin end Theme option by means of each page. Along with that website we will integrate a Project management extension [Need suggestion from you guys] which will be connected with the billing page. So the Billing part can be out of the theme option means for that you can use any extension. But just to remind you that when a Customer will pay through billing page automatically system will create an Project Id and Invoice ID, For further payment for that same project we will create invoice from admin panel. NOTE: For all the pages header will be same like it's on [login to view URL] [Under Home page Folder] | Font needs to be same through out the theme, Should need to maintain H1,H2,H3 and etc. | Theme will be responsive | We are designing some other pages and some pop up message, Thank you message template and etc will send you when we will choose one company | After completion of the theme we will do speed testing | After completion of the theme we will hire a Ethical hacker to test the theme, So be sure that the theme will have all type of Security. We will only allow companies who have more than 50 review. Have a good work experience of making Drupal Theme. Don't place any bids with a general message. We will only accept companies who will prepare the document with all the features and submit with proposal. After you will submit that we will review each of them, will put our comments and add the features if you miss anything. On basis of that you can submit your quotes.
