Web Page Creation/Upkeep

We are in need of a web developer for a small start-up business. The number of pages will be determined as we build the site, although it looks to be 6-8 pages. We would like programmers with websites up and running that I can see, and work with a partnership extensively to get the project done. Please do not bid if you have no websites up and running. We would like to have a flash intro and the web page done in php. You will need to include a forum, meta tags, meta names and all that is needed for Search Engine Optimization. Also, we will have billing and technical support needed on these pages. Please check out other web hosting web sites to familiar yourself on these sites before the bid. We will need 30 days of support starting the completion of the web page, including minor changes such as rewording of 3 pages 2 times a week, and fix any errors that occur. Only bid if you are VERY good at Flash and Photoshop and PHP! The web site will be set up similar to any hosting web site out there. Please do a search and check out any hosting web page, the main material is what we are looking for also. We also would like a one on one chat messenger for technical support integrated into the main page. We need a person who is willing to work with us, after the 30 days are complete, we would like to discuss further support with the designer/creator. We would like someone who will work with a parnership, and have a template within 7 days of accepting our bid. And upload the page to our server once the project is completed. We have logo's that need to be incorporated into the web page that will be sent to the developer once the bid is accepted. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows
