413579 Music Website design

I'm looking to build a personal music website including images/music/blog/social networking. this includes programming as well as minimal design. I have a host server and domain. I use this site as a reference: [login to view URL] The structure will be different, but content will be similar. I need the design simple, and easy to use. Clarity and "professional simplicity" is all I'm looking for. I have a few photos that we can incorporate throughout the site as well. I need a video/music player at the very top that I can easily change/update, and below it I need a blog. My plan is to have a different song or video posted on the front of the site every week, so the site needs to be made for that purpose in mind. I'd like for the site to take up the entire page, from side to side, as opposed to a website centered in the middle. I'd also prefer having the column of links be flash-based. Lastly, as in the example site above, I'd like to incorporate social networking links throughout the site. If possible, I'd like to include a facebook/twitter status update widget on the front page, as well as links to myspace, itunes, etc. I have everything outlined in full detail, but this is the basic description.
