Flash / Web Development Project
The project is to provide a fully working web presence utilising flash or a mixture of flash with static html.
A look is required, identical or similar to the example provided but we ask for suggestions as to how the developer would bring the web site alive with animation, identifying whether parts or all of the project will be built using flash.
The project is to develop a 5 to 10 page web site which will represent a UK business and the services available through them.
The developer will be provided with raw images of product and although we will provide a base look for the project the graphical look of the site will need to be produced.

Prices will sub divide into a number of page.
Any intentions of the developer as to how their development will assist in the search engine friendliness of the pages should be expressed.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
This is a web based development that will be cross browser compatible.
It is expected that industry standard tools will be used (macromedia Flash, dreamweaver etc) and that the final product will meet relevant criteria, conform to web standards, and be compressed and suitable for web purposes.
