Flash Interactive Application, users design their own work online

We need a flash interative menu building. We want to sell ipod cases. We would like the user to be able to design there ipod cover on our website. What we want is exactly the same as this application found [login to view URL]://[login to view URL] It allows you to upload images, resize, rotate them etc etc. We also have a small libary of vector images that we would like the user to be able to use also. We are looking for someone who has build something similar.
