small php application for mobile device

I require a website to be duplicated to be viewable on a mobile device emulator developed in PHP and MYSQL As it will be displayed on such a device, only the bare basics of the website being duplicated will be required. As the constraints would be having to display the website in a very small viewable screen...the amount of scrolling down must be limited, scrolling across should not exist and should not be bombarded with information that clutters the screen... The website that will be duplicated is http://www.break.com. The proeject is to developTherefore the main functionality would be as follows: basic requirements: - register a new user - user login - user logout - search - view pictures/video additional extras if possible: - upload pictures/video - rate the picture/video This is only an emulation. So long as the site can be duplicated with similar content and the functionality mentioned, it would be suffice. the emulator being used will be provided and is called i-broswer. of course, it will need to look the part. Simple documentation will be required also. A template of how the documentation should be, will be provided along with the i-browser emulator, and other details such as where the site will be hosted. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
