Simple HTML text replace app

Greetings! I need a simple and clean server-side app (php on a linux server) that will 1) prompt the user to enter their first name, 2) execute a find and replace on an html document using the visitor's first name as replacement text, and 3) display the resulting html page with the users first name replaced. I have created the html pages (attached), we just need the script to generate the resulting page. In the first page ([login to view URL]) the user should enter their name. The second ([login to view URL]) is the template page in which the word "John" should be replaced with the user's first name as entered in the first page (attached). The final resulting html page should be identical to this template page, except with the word "John" replaced with the user's first name. If possible I'd like to be able to modify these two pages periodically without harming the functionality of the script. It needs to work cross-platform on all major browsers, including Safari and IE for mac, installed and tested on my linux server. My budget for this job is $100.00. Thank you for your consideration. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform prefer php - needs to run on a linux server
