PHP parser requiered to get data about mobile phones from several sites.

Dear coders, I am planning to launch a site about mobile phones. In that site I will provide logos, sounds, articles, developer examples, applications, and other minor things like this. The data/details about mobile phones is very hard to gather. That's why I decided that the best solution is to gather the data about mobiles from another site which is often uploaded. I let you suggest this site, I would suggest [[login to view URL]][1] The parser should get me all the details about the mobile phone, including the saving of the picture[s] of the mobile. I want to have access to the end of the script to the variables containing all the details about the phone, so i can define my own simple design by using those variables. The script should take as an input a link to that page, and should output the html code of the design + values of that phone. Keep in mind that i will define the design, so I need acces to every data parsed! The script should be done in PHP. Try to write the code as clear as possible and make some comments.
