Secure account based website (with username and password login). Site is basically create user accounts (which need to be based on roles admin and user), account will have sites associated with them. The website must be able to manage users, accounts, and sites. Database layout is provided. Page summary is provided. Example data is provided. Web design must also be developed, but it make it simple. (CSS) 3 day after accepted bid sample of layout and design must be provided. Please see attached zip for additional requirements and deliverables. Website must be able to work offline (meaning no linking to internet to scripts or images). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. A) PHP code must be provided and must be readable none obfuscated or encrypted. B) MYSQL tables must be provide in cvs form (other standard MYSQL export dumps may be accepted). C) All files used to create completed site must be included. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
