A PHP function that accepts 2 parameters:
1. a string of HTML.
2. a domain string.
The function must look through the html param for any image tags.
If any relative img urls are found, make them absolute urls using the 2nd parameter the domain to prepend the img url.
Then return the "fixed" html string with all the img urls, made absolute.
