Joomla, Community Builder, Breezing Forms/FacileForms

I run Joomla 1.5.13 with Community Builder and BreezingForms (which is the continuation of FacileForms) I have an online order form that we've used instead of VirtueMart that is essentially a crude contact form. This is only viewable to registered customers. It is possible to prepopulate a number of the forms fields (first name, last name, address, store) with information that the customer registered with. But I can't get it to work... So in short - I need BreezingForms to CommunityBuilder integration within Joomla - I think this is probably as simple as 3-4 correctly written MySQL queries - for my breezingform to prepopulate a number of fields (name, store, address, phone number) It is possible - see here... [login to view URL] it's no more than that... my guess is anyone that has done this before - or knows MySQL / Joomla / Community Builder - will know the answer to this immediately and do it less than an hour SOOOOOO resist the temptation to suggest bids of 1000's of dollars.... ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
