Cre Loaded - Fix Shipping Not Being in Purchase Total

I am building an ecommerce website. I am using Cre Loaded Standard 6.2 - Patch 8. I basically have the whole site done except for one thing. For some strange reason when a customer goes to the website and makes a purchase the shipping price does not carry over to the checkout page and is not included in the Order Total. While looking at the shopping cart the stuff the shipping price is displayed. I am looking for someone that can quickly fix this problem. I am not sure if it is a php or a mysql error. I updated to Patch 9 then 10 to test it, but that solved nothing. So I uninstalled them. Another small thing i need done is for the tax price to be turned off. For some reason the cart ads Florida Tax to all products and I don't want this. Here is an example of the checkout confirmation page: Sub-Total: $25.00 FL TAX 7.0%: $1.75 Total: $30.20 There is no shipping (Table Rate (Best Way): $3.45 - is supposed to show up and be calculated into the total) and FL TAX 7.0%: $1.75 I dont want displayed or calculated i ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
