221628 Script Install & Configuration

Hello! I recently purchased source code to the Digital Product Security system at http://www.QuickLockPro.com. You can learn about how the system works by reading their homepage and by watching the short video at: [login to view URL] The QuickLockPro script included several php files for the main website and admin area, but there's also Delphi source code for an executable file (EXE) that is needed to lock the files. I'm looking for a programmer who has knowledge in php and Delphi to get the entire site up and running in the next few days. I need help configuring the php files, uploading the files, and branding the EXE file with my own website and company information (replace header, footer, 3D box image). I would like to do a few test transactions as well to make sure the system is working with my paypal account (the script is already customized to work with paypal). Once everything is working smoothly you will receive a score 10 feedback! My budget is $60 max and I'm ready to get started ASAP.
