eBook creation and template

Hello, At the moment: I have full re-sell rights to a printed hard copy report on? hypnosis. I have scanned the report and converted to text with OCR. I would like to have someone take the text and create an eBook. I already have a look/feel example of what I want the final eBook to look like, so only want someone to take the text, create template and add the copy. At the moment the report is 16 pages log, but would like the final version to be longer. You can do this by using single column and adding extra white space. Very small job for someone who knows what they are doing. Also, have several projects similar to this one for the chosen bidder.
