Invoice generator, application able to check for updates on the web

This project consist on an invoice generator (which can be printed, if necessary)and it has to be able to check itself for newer versions on the web and to show a warning message when a new version is available. An autoupdate function would be desired. It only has to check when an internet connection is already available, not to prompt connecting to the internet. The invoice is only a sample version and it consist on a frame (a rectangle or a rectangle with rounded corners, an image and a few lines of text, each with different fonts, all inside of the rectangle. The project has to be compatible with C++ Builder version 5 and can only contain freeware components, if necessary. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Windows 9x, NT
