FIFA 13 ultimate team autobuyer project increased budget

I have already posted a similar project but it seems the budget was too low so I have increased it, please see brief below: Project Description: I'm happy to buy an already created autobuyer but it has to be the quickest and I would also like it to do the following: 1) like [login to view URL] allow me to scan the whole FUT database from the same source as where this comes from, I don't quite know where it comes from but there is also a web team online facility. 2) I would like it to function like the UTT app, you will need to download it and have a play with this first or I can send a video, it doesnt cost much at all: [login to view URL] I basically want the autobuyer to scan as quickly but autobuy and also not have to scan page by page, just scan the whole lot and pick out the correct criteria. 3) it has to have consumables in as well as players ie contracts, formation cards, basically every available items including inform players etc 4) If possible I'd like it to have autoprice feature that can work out what the average is for every item and then allow various relisting options which I will discuss in further detail, this isnt totally essential so budget may reduce if this isnt possible. 5) I need someone who has a reputation for this project, please dont bid if you havent got experience already or a reputation, I might as well use google otherwise! 6) I want the prices to break down depending on the formation of the player and wish to select which formations to and not to search for on players. 7) It must be safe to use and not alert EA which could lead to account banning so it needs to keep under the radar, if you are to do this work then you will need to know what this is or at least find out. 8) I must be able to have support within 48hrs as EA frequently sometimes change things and additional programming may be required, I will be happy to pay a charge for this service. 9) You must be willing to alter the coding for it to work on the next realease also as it will be out reletively soon The above list isnt exhaustive and also the above is 'in an ideal world' if I'm asking too much then please let me know and I will consider something a little simplar. If you have the fastest one on the market already then please give me a price otherwise I want the fastest one around building and I will need the best programmer here to do so.
