directshow dvd decoder

I need directshow dvd decoder, it can playback from dvd disc or dvd image(ifo file), it allow select subtitle , audio language, the playback must smoothly, support seeking, it allow display all titles, allow playback specific title. The programmer must have experience with directshow dvd decoder.
