Support

Hi all, i need someone to maintain my live chat support for my hosting company. As it is new, we dont have any clients yet but i want someone to keep a screen up in the background incase anyone has any questions. I will supply a document giving you all the information you should need to know. At present you will proberly be recieving one request a day for help through our instant support but that will increase once we get customers. I would like you to bid for 10x conversations. If any conversations are particulaly long or complex i will pay you x2+. The script i use keeps logs of all conversations. You must be confident in english speaking, it does not have to be your first language but you have to be confident enough to make it seem as though it is your first language. This is a UK based company therefore the live support needs to be open from 0900-1700 GMT at least monday-saturday. I am looking for people that already work a 9-5 day at home or at their office. All that needs done is simple pre-sale questions at present and later on simple support quieries. If more advanced support is needed such as installation then my clients must take a ticket so that i can do that personally. Remember, please bid per 10x responses.
