Serious Poker website

This is an initial enquiry for a serious Poker website... We are looking for a team that has got all the skills both in terms of advanced programming, and secure server management, and graphical design. If u only have one of these above mentioned, bid anyway.. we might decide to have 2 separate teams. The website must be a bit like www.empirepoker.com. Only the pokerplaying elements, with member management and secure payment are to be part of the initial project. We would prefer anyone who have had experience with big projects like this... Please do not make it a bidding contest... we are mainly looking for the right team - but plz. make an approximate bid, and a realistic deadline.
